The Workshop

In a two-hour workshop at Glacier House, Nine Elms, participants aged 18–30 with ties to Africa explored storytelling through art. After discussing the question “What story do you wish to tell today?”, they distilled their ideas into words and drawings, then learned how to carve and print their own symbols. These co-created symbols became part of my screenprint collection, embedding personal memories and lived experiences into a shared visual language.
